We begin with a one-on-one video meeting to get to know you, your vision, priorities, and overall wedding goals. From there, we’ll walk you through our services, answer any questions, and discuss how we can best support you throughout the planning process. By the end of the consultation, you’ll have a clear understanding of next steps and feel confident moving forward with a plan tailored just for you.

Once you’re ready to move forward, we’ll send over a customized contract outlining the scope of services and investment for your review. After the contract is signed and the deposit has been paid, your date is officially reserved on our calendar! From there, we’ll send over a few detailed questionnaires to complete prior to beginning the official planning process at the designated time mark. Throughout each step we’re here to ensure you feel supported, organized, and excited as we begin bringing your wedding vision to life.

Based on your selected package, we will officially begin planning together at the two, four or ten month mark. We’ll start off with a detailed timeline meeting to ensure every part of your day flows seamlessly. Our second meeting will focus on decor, where we’ll dive into your design vision and review each element you plan to include so we can truly bring your dream wedding to life. Two weeks prior to the wedding day, we’ll step in as the main point of contact for your vendor team and share all wedding details for their reference. Depending on your service selection, additional meetings and add-ons may also be included to best support your needs

The big day is finally here! On your wedding day, our role is to manage every detail so you can be fully present and enjoy each moment. We will oversee vendor arrivals, decor setup, keep the timeline on track, coordinate ceremony and reception flow and handle any last minute adjustments that arise. From start to finish, we are fully there for you, serving as your main point of contact and ensuring your day runs exactly as planned.
